I don't think so. Last night's episode with Doug pretending to be a lawyer was very funny.....IMO

No, I don't think it's slipping. I also thought last night's episode was really hilarious.

I think the show is stronger and funnier than ever. I love this season with Deacon back and Arthur in more scenes.

The lawyer episode was hilarious. Doug playing baseball to the song, Get Down Tonight, had me in stitches....or in the limo, lol.

The King of Queens is the most consistently funny shows on the air today in my opinion. I also love EL Raymond and Will & Grace, but they can be major hit or miss deals.

The King of Queens rarely strikes out.

I don't think it's slipping - I think they are having a hard time finding a time slot for it, though. I sometimes forget it's on until about 5-10 minutes into the show.

I wish CBS would have kept it on Mondays.

Default LAST NIGHT

I thought last night was 1 of the best. Deacon & Kelly back together, 1 story instead of 2

I agree with roseanne #1. I wish they would have kept it on Mondays. Since its been on Wednesdays I've only seen it 1 time and half. I keep forgetting its on. When I finally do remember it's about to go off or it's Thursday or Friday.

Last night's (11/19) episode when Carrie undid that extra button, I rolled on the floor like a puppy.

Carrie`s half of the show was great. I`m glad she quit her job I hated everyone at the law firm.

Doug`s half of the show was a waste of time. he spent 11 minutes playing catch.

The show was a lot better before Kevin James started writing for the show. They used to do only 1 story at a time.

Default bitter Carrie

I love it on Wed. night. There was nothing good on in that slot (esp. that West Wing drivel) and now there is. It was too strong to keep on ist own. And paired with Becker (saved from Sunday night death) it's great.

As far as slipping, the only thing I've heard fron others is they think Carrie has become really bitter (or just something else that starts with the same first syllable) and is nothing but mean and unhappy. Although justified in the job loss episode, it just seems she's never happy with anything. Maybe this will change with her character and the jobless situation.

I agree with you Dugferd. I wasn't sure if it was me or my imagination but Carrie has changed. Her frustration level is constant.

It is still a very funny show but I watch the reruns every afternoon and I can tell the difference. She doesn't smile as much as she did before.

Default Troubled Marriage!!

I have a feeling they will have a story line where Carrie leaves Doug for awhile "to find herself" and Doug gets the house and full custody of Arthur.
