Full House Coming to ABC Family, December 1, 2003! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Looks like it will be on two networks, Nick@Nite and now... ABC Family:

ABC Family December 2003

Weekdays:
12:00PM Full House (replaces Wonder Years)
3:30PM Full House (replaces Sweet Valley High)
6:00PM Full House (replaces Family Matters)
6:30PM Full House (replaces Family Matters)

Weekends:
12:00PM Full House (replaces Family Matters)
12:30PM Full House (replaces Step by Step)

Special Programming:

* 25 Days of Christmas
All month long (Dec 1-25), weeknights 7-10pm and weekends 2pm-12am
Some notable highlights include:

Friday, December 12:
7:00PM-8:00PM Full House and Sunday December 21: 2-3pm Full House
Extended 25 Days of Christmas--Monday, December 22 to Wednesday, December 24: 1-3pm and Christmas Day from 11am-11pm.

For you FM fans, don't panic, it will now be on Weekdays from 1 to 2pm ET(starting December 1st) and starting December 28th on weekends from 1 to 2pm ET.

I can't figure out WHY Full House will be on ABC Family and worse 4 TIMES A DAY? It's already on 4 times a night on N@N.

All I can say is YUCK!

I do like the holiday specials and the whole 12 to 3 Full House/Family Matters/Step By Step lineup.

I have noticed ABC Family likes schedule changes...

I for one am excited about this. ABC Family will almost definitely show the complete unedited themes!

They did with Family Matters and Step By Step.

It's OVERKILL though... I am fine with Full House on ABC Family, BUT, it is already on N@N 4 times a night... give it a rest!!!

Hey, I'm happy about it!!!

Now if I miss an episode or two I can get it back in no time. I'm finally going to have the complete series on tape! Very good news!

BTW: ABC Family cuts out the closing theme song, and in the later seasons, the tags that run while the closing credits roll.

I am so very glad that Full House is going to be airing on ABC Family weekdays at 11:00 am 11:30 am 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm and weekends at 11:00 am and 11:30 am I amn looking fowad to watching Full House on ABC Family.

I am excited too. Now we will be able to see the complete Theme song for the first time in many years. Also the way ABC Family edits thier shows is different from the way other networks edit shows. So we will get to see a lot of scenes that will surprize us.

Hopefully Pav will be able to us how N@N will air this as well. The ABC Family obsession with the Olsen twins makes me sick.

And the Cosby Show/Roseanne and now Full House overkill is ridiclous too... Family Matters gets 10 episodes a week(through Dec. 27), while Full House gets 24(just on ABC Family)?

Not to mention the 24 episodes on N@N a week.

GIVE IT A *^%$ REST!!! The show wasn't that great...

ABC Family can only air the show between 9am and 8pm, Nick@Nite can air it the rest of the times. So it's contract is like how Roseanne is with Oxygen/N@N and Cosby Show with WGN/TBS and Nick@Nite.

Brent, this is a Full House board, so of course people will like the show. I'm not a fan of the show either, but I'm not going to bash it like that.

YYYYYYYYYYYAY! Im a Full House fan, and im excited.

However!!!! I think it is getting a litte OVERaired. I mean, 4 airings a day on ABC Fam, and 2 on Nick At Nite! Im afraid people might get sick of it :-/. But I'm excited. At least I'll get to see it at 6 every day after school!

Even if I loved this show or take a show I do love... 8 times a day is way too much...

It's 4 on N@N too(Sunday Night through Thursday Night, replay at 5 and 530am)

BTW: Expect the extended version of the theme song on ABC Family, because they are playing the extended theme song for Family Matters and Step By Step.
