Buddy Hinton and his parents were a riot. It would have been cool if they made a spin off featuring them as the stars.

Yes! "A Fistful of Reasons" with the Hintons is a classic episode!!! Btw, does anyone have this episode uncut, because I often wondered if there is any additional dialoge between Carol and Mrs. Hinton that TV Land and syndicate does not show? If you recall all versions start her conversation with......

"You are so right Mrs. Brady, I couldn't agree with you more."

Are we missing something before that?

I think the scene always began with Mrs. Hinton telling Carol that she "couldn't agree more" (with the assumption that they have been chatting for a while as the scene began). Of course it's always fun to speculate about what the ladies may have been discussing prior to that point!

Back to "The Hintons" spin off... I kind of see them as a 1970's version of "Married...with Children".

I don't know....is it even possible to get any more "white trash" than "Married with Children?"

I'm sure the Hintons would give it a good shot, though.
