wardrobe/hair/makeup overhaul. "Mini-Extreme Makeover" will

use for his mother, Nora (Jill Clayburgh, "An Unmarried
Woman," "Leap of Faith"), and his small town. As the word

ABC NEWS SPECIAL - "JESUS, MARY AND DA VINCI" - MONDAY,
NOVEMBER 3 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) -- The bestselling novel
"The Da Vinci Code" has stirred a vigorous debate by raising
a number of provocative questions -- most notably, was the
historical Jesus really an unmarried man? Could he have even
been a father? Do his direct descendants still survive
today? In this hour-long ABC News special, Elizabeth Vargas
explores these and other controversial theories about the
lives of Jesus and Mary Magdalene -- who some scholars
believe was not a prostitute, as often portrayed, but rather
Jesus' wife, and perhaps even the mother of his child.
Vargas travels to the Holy Land, Italy, France and other
locations around the world to investigate what evidence
exists to support some of these extraordinary claims.

journeys of Sarah, a married 44-year-old nurse and mother
from Portland, Oregon, and Liz, a 51-year-old legal
secretary from Houston, Texas, from their "before" phases,
then as they undergo their various procedures and, finally,
when the end results are revealed to their families and
friends. In an episode of "firsts," Portland, Oregon
resident Sarah is "Extreme Makeover's" first ever breast
reconstructive case. Sarah is a breast cancer survivor who
seeks a new breast two years after her mastectomy. Her story
begins with her heart-wrenching application tape, in which
she courageously shows "Extreme Makeover" producers her
scarred left chest. Her journey is marked by daring medical
procedures: Sarah's choice of not using an expander or a
skin graft, but rather to receive the implant into the thin
pocket of radiated skin on her left chest, is an unusual
procedure that is rarely shown on television. In fact most
plastic surgeons do not offer that option. Also
unconventionally, two of the surgical team doctors, Dr.
Garth Fisher and Dr. Harvey Zarem, operate on her
simultaneously. Sarah had an endobrow lift, upper and lower
eyelid lift, reconstruction of left breast (from breast
cancer mastectomy), laser hair removal, removal of moles
from face, photo facial, V-Beam treatment to remove scars,
microdermabrasion, zoom whitening, upper and lower retainers
to close rotations and fix spaces. And for the first time,
the series addresses complications as Liz, one of the oldest
"Extreme Makeover" candidates to date at 51, experiences
complications post-surgery and embarks on an unexpected
emotional journey. We closely follow Liz's long, rocky and
emotionally draining recovery, taking a candid and revealing
look at the truths behind plastic surgery. Viewers get an
all access pass to follow her through every step -- a never-
before-seen reality of surgery that cannot be missed.

hectic life. The performance footage, shot in New York
City's Gotham Hall, will include songs from the Jive
Recording artist's November 18 release, "In the Zone," as
well as some of her biggest hits. Filmed in the round,
Britney will be accompanied by her team of dancers, a full
band, and even a string quartet for one number. The show
features a collection of dramatic stage settings that give
the concert a true storyline. Emotions and energy run high,
as the show reflects its influences - ranging from "Alice in
Wonderland" to "Cabaret" - and presents Britney in a variety
of incarnations that are sexy, Gothic, romantic and truly
eye-popping.

PETER JENNINGS REPORTING: "THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION: BEYOND
CONSPIRACY" - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) --
No other murder in history has produced as much speculation
as the Kennedy assassination. Forty years later more than
80% of Americans still believe there was a conspiracy to
kill the President and that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act
alone. This news special will separate fact from conspiracy
theories and get to the truth. "Beyond Conspiracy" will make
use of stunning forensic technology that makes it possible
to be an eyewitness to the crime of the century and see
precisely what happened that fateful November day in Dallas.
Award-winning animator Dale Myers has spent the last decade
creating a computer-generated reconstruction of the
assassination based on maps, blueprints, physical
measurements, over 500 photographs, the Zapruder film and
crime lab and autopsy reports. His work has been
independently evaluated and given the highest marks by the
foremost practitioners of this type of forensic analysis.
This reconstruction will bring viewers as close as anyone
can come to being in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. ABC
News conducted extensive interviews with more than 70
friends and family of both Oswald and his killer, Jack Ruby;
former officials from the CIA, FBI, Russian KGB and the
Dallas Police; important players in the Kennedy and Johnson
administrations; and participants in the various official
investigations, including the Warren Commission. In
addition, "Beyond Conspiracy" makes use of some of the more
than four million documents relating to the assassination
that have been released in just the last few years.

ten-year-old actress Sofia Vassilieva ("The Brady Bunch in

telefilm, "Eloise at the Plaza," for "Eloise at
Christmastime," a live action holiday film based on the
bestselling illustrated children's books written by the late
Kay Thompson, with illustrations by Hilary Knight. It's
Christmas time at New York's Plaza Hotel and the season
promises to be even more special as the hotel prepares for a
romantic Christmas Eve wedding! Awaiting the arrival of her
mother from Paris, Eloise plants herself in all of the
wedding arrangements, since "getting married on Christmas
Eve is the most romantic thing." Event coordinator Prunella
Stickler, whose impeccable record for spectacular weddings
has been uncontested, warns Eloise not to interfere, as the
bride and groom are none other than Rachel, the daughter of
Plaza owner Mr. Peabody, and her fiancé, Brooks Oliver. But
when Eloise becomes suspicious of Brooks' true intentions
and discovers that Rachel's old flame, Bill, the Plaza
waiter, still harbors feelings for her, Eloise plays
matchmaker to ensure that true love will save the day! But
she'll have to go head to head with Prunella Stickler first.
And "oh my lord," there's so much to do, as Eloise tries to
save long-time Plaza resident Mrs. Thornton from eviction,
help Sir Wilkes find the perfect Christmas present for Nanny
and decorate the Plaza's Christmas tree with just the right
amount of tinsel! With hours away before the big event,
Eloise's plans go awry, as Brooks uncovers her scheme and a
wintry snowstorm blankets New York City, threatening to
spoil mother's homecoming. With a lot of love and a little
bit of yuletide luck, the playfully wise Eloise must find a

present for everyone -- one that's from the heart!
