I remember when I use to go knocking on Halloween and someone gave me a dollar bill

my heart use to beat a mile a minute. I would feel so happy! How did you feel when you received money?

I dont recall ever getting money. I loved it though when they gave out Dorito's and peanut butter crackers.

Here in the UK it's far more common to get money. I used to make upto £5 trick or treating. Only problem is when you split that up between about six kids there isn't much per person. LOL.

I did get given candy sometimes, mostly chocolate bars or little sweets, but mostly it was just money.
