I've heard this word used in reference to Eddie many times on the show. What did it mean? Was it a toned-down way of saying that he was sexually active?

I find it hard to believe that Eddie could find any girl on the show who would take him seriously enough for him to be sexually active
I have a feeling that meant he had an over active imagination or was hyperactive, either of which could apply to Eddie Haskell. |

Too bad ritalin wasn't around then. Eddie, Larry and Gilbert sure could have used some.
