This is a post for people who can't sleep...

I went to sleep at 2 yesterday studying and doing homework, and now 24 hours later...I can't seem to fall asleep...are there any other insomniacs out there?

I'm sort of an insomiac. I can stay awake until 3:00am most nights if I want to. I sleep in the day mainly, I never get up until noon if I don't have to.

I suffer from insomia but I have good reason for it!! I am a night owl but not at all a morning person!!

Insomnia has nothing to do with not being abe to sleep at night.

Insomnia: Chronic inability to fall asleep or remain asleep for an adequate length of time.
