Question 'Girl Talk' vs. 'Guy Talk'

I've heard many women say that they're "worse than men" when it comes to talk about the opposite gender. I have a hard time believing that.

I dunno how many of you women ever had an oppprtunity to sit-in on an all guy conversation, but I'd say we're WAY worse. Hands down. You'd probably hear things that'd make you cry...

I voted for us ladies, though I have listened in on plenty of guy talk and yeah, you can be very candid.

Still, if you've ever listened to a group of women who are laying it all out there, you'll see that we can be just as candid. It's not always innocent chit-chat.

Women can so so catty and don't hold anything back. If somethings bugging them, they'll say. Men, however, don't gossip and talk behind other's backs and if something is bothering them, they won't mention it. They just let it go. At least that's been my experience.

I think women do talk worse about the opposite sex- but they talk in a much different way. Guys conversations are much more vulgar- I hate it. Had to sit in on a female conversation yesterday-it's like hell! I usually try avoid those situations.

Exactly. I've unfortunately had the experience of sitting in on a few of my (guy) friends' convos, and well... let's just say, I don't think I'll be listening anytime soon.

Girls tend to talk more but guys are a whole lot more blatant about things.

I'm surprised SOLOMON hasn't responded with his sexist, anti-women thoughts.

Guys talk is just more gross....some of the thing girls say to one another could cut someone right to the bone if they heard it. I think girl talk could probably hurt more people feelings, whereas guy talk could just make someone barf.

IMO, guys are more vulgar but come the next day, they don't even remember half the things they've said. Women on the other hand have total recall and can cut someone in half with their comments.

When I get angry, I say *#%+ a lot; when my wife gets angry, she disects people like a surgeon. It's scary really........glad she loves me.
