Red face Some people really deserve to be shot...

This happened here in Massachusetts. Some people really disgust me. I hope this miserable excuse for a human being gets thrown in jail or something. This woman should not be out in public!

Quote:
BOSTON -- Attorney General Thomas F. Reilly has asked for a court order against a Quincy woman who allegedly repeatedly verbally abused and harassed an 11-year-old autistic boy and his family.

Reilly filed a request Thursday for a preliminary injunction in Norfolk Superior Court, seeking to keep the woman away from the house occupied by the boy and his mother, and to prevent further harassment.

The complaint filed by Reilly alleged that, in several incidents since June, Eleanor Pimentel, 41, of Quincy, harassed the boy, who is her neighbor.

Pimentel frequently upset the boy, sometimes beyond consolation, and exacerbated the symptoms of his disability, the complaint alleged.

"My office is committed to protecting the citizens of Massachusetts from random acts of violence and hate-based verbal abuse," Reilly said in a statement. "We will continue our work to make sure those who violate the civil rights of other individuals are held accountable for their improper actions."

P. Christopher DiOrio, Pimentel's attorney, said, "The accusations are untrue."

He said Pimentel was "shocked and dismayed" by the allegations, and he was "amazed the attorney general's office has chosen to get themselves involved in this matter."

The boy's mother is a divorcee with four sons. She has twin autistic 11-year-olds, but one is more autistic than the other. Pimentel focused on the more disabled one, the mother said.

Pimentel used her dog "on numerous occasions" to "frighten and intimidate" the boy, the attorney general's complaint alleged.

The mother said that Pimentel had frightened her son to the point where "every time he sees her, he wets himself or soils himself. ... She thinks it's a joke, but it's humiliating. It's degrading."

The complaint alleged that, in one incident, Pimentel approached the boy and his mother on Aug. 13 and prevented them from boarding a school van.

Pimentel shouted threats at the boy's mother, screamed derogatory terms about the 11-year-old's autism and accused the boy and his actions of bringing down her property value, the complaint alleged.

A hearing on the request for a preliminary injunction is scheduled for Nov. 10 in Norfolk Superior Court. (AP)

Well it seems a little out there, no reason is given as to why. In the old days the family would have taken revenge against the old bat.

I posted several weeks ago about the customer who made fun of me at the store I work at. (I got revenge on her though ) I really don't understand some people. How can someone find joy in tormenting others, especially when their victim can't defend themselves? I really hate people sometimes.

Angry

As an autistic person, this just makes me furious and intensely displeased. That woman thinks she's so funny when she isn't. If she did something like that to him if he were my son, I'd have that woman prosecuted so hard, that not even a team of Perry Mason and Ben Matlock would be able to get her off the hook. I have been made fun of because of my autism and I can sympathize with the victim. She's a total jerk and a sorry excuse for a human being. Maybe she should see what it's like as an autistic. She should see how difficult it would be to make friends on her own and have difficulty doing simple things like expressing her feelings with words, speaking up, or following directions. I have spent a LIFETIME struggling to do those things. It's frustrating but that's how it has always been for me. This story is just sickening to say the least.

That is really horrible. I just don't understand why people go out of their way to be so cruel.
