Question Question about ep. #22 "Breaking Point"

I've never seen it. Could someone who has seen it give me some details? Thanks!

Red face

Ok, I have never seen the actual episode, but I did see some USA pics from it. Blair goes against this girl with really bad hair for class president. When the girl finds that her parents are spliting up and that Blair is beating her, the girl takes pills and kills herself. Thinking that it's Blair's fault, Blair turns herself in, only to find that the girl had real problems, and could never find a friend.

Not exactly. Blair runs against Cynthia but Cynthia beats her and Blair is really depressed. She even cancels her dates. But then Natalie and Tootie find Cynthia unconcious in her room after swallowing a large number of pills. Mrs. Garrett gets the school nurse and Blair calls 911. Then everyone is in the kitchen making some food for Cynthia when she wakes up but they get a call from the hospital saying that she is dead. All the girls are really upset and shocked but they help Mrs Garret pack up her things to send her to her mother. They found out that her parents were getting a divorce and that's why she was left at Eastland. In the end Blair talks about creating a help line for girls who have problems but cannot talk to a friend or someone else.

It was a good episode. The hole Cynthia kills herself thing was really unexpected. It look like a Blair centric episode at first. And depressed Blair was really hilarious! Also Natalie singing the school song!! LOL

Yes, it's an episode that Nick skips due to its content
