Default Does anyone else besides me think that the Buccs are frauds like the Patriots were?

I think that the Buccs are so overrated...Brad Johnson is average at best and thier defense is only rated highly because they haven't played anyone worth anything with a decent offense. I won't give them credit until they beat a playoff caliber team. I really think that they'll lose to Dallas...forget the spread. I can't wait for the world to see that so called great team for the frauds that they are....No offense to Patriots fans because NE is ooking okay this year and I kinda like Brady

Why were the Patriots frauds? Did you even see 1 game that they played in two years ago? They played with the heart of a champion and no matter what idiots like you say, they were the champions and nobody can take that away.

I'm the idiot? Open your eyes and realize the the Patriots didn't win Superbowl. The Rams LOST that game. Be clear...They got lucky in the Oakland game and the caught Warner playing a uncharactoristicly bad game. Heart of a champion????Don't make me laugh. They're okay, even good this year, but be serious. One more question...Did they even make the playoffs last year?

As far as last year's playoffs are concerned, the Patriots would have made the playoffs if Brett Favre played a decent game against the Jets.

As for the Oakland game, officials can make or break a game. If you're a Raider fan, it was a bad call. If you're a Patriot's fan, it was a great call. Deal with it.

Regarding the Superbowl, the Patriots outplayed the Rams and Warner couldn't overcome like that. The best team won.

On any given Sunday, any NFL team can beat another depending on various factors affecting that team. Injuries, calls by officials, off days by players, weather--all contribute to the outcome of any game.

As a lifelong Patriot's fan, don't tell me they don't play with the heart of a champion. You want proof? Go no further than last week's game against Miami, when in overtime, Tom Brady let go an 82 yard passing play to Troy Brown to win the game.

I don't appreciate you creating a thread to call the Patriots frauds. Ha, frauds wearing Superbowl rings that they EARNED!

Just to clarify for everybody, the Bucs are the champs and they will remain that way until whomever wins this years Super Bowl.

Also, The Pats won the Super Bowl a couple of years back, so that made them the champs....It really doesn't matter how you win, just that you win.

You have to be more than lucky to win the Superbowl. You have to be good too. The Bucks might not be as good this year as last but they are still champs until somebody beats them.

I didn't create a post to criticize the Patriots, I created it to ask for opinions about the Buccs. I did say that the Patriots look good this year and that I like Brady. so Patriots fans should take a deep breath and let it go. I'm an Eagles fan and I'm not gonna get all red if someone criticizes them. Yes, I'm well aware of the of the Superbowl winners of the past, but I still have a right to my opinion as you do yours. I mean, isn't discussion the point of these sports boards? If not, sports boards would just be fan clubs for the current champion. I have things which make a team good to me. You might agree, you might not. If you don't care that's okay too, but I still think that the buccs are overrated and I still think that The Patriots got lucky two years ago. The End

Lucky my ass. They won the Superbowl fair and square. You mostly certainly did create this post to criticize the Bucs and the Pats. You called the Pats frauds who basically stole the Superbowl.

If you want to create a sport's discussion, there are nicer ways to say things. I like a good debate, but calling my team frauds crosses the line.

No, I'm not the niceness police, but I know rude when I see it. How would you like it if I started a thread calling your team a fraud in the subject line?

You implied that the Pats stole the Superbowl.

Your words....

I can't be responsible for your interpretations of my post. I say what I mean. Nothing more, nothing less. I THINK that they got lucky. I stand by that. I could call you rude for your responses, but they don't bother me. If you started a thread calling my team a fraud I would defend them and then drink a glass of juice. No big deal....
