Default Do you believe in heaven?

Do you believe there is an actual place we'd call heaven or utopia? If so, what do you think souls do there?
Assuming you believe, then, when your time comes, what do you want to do in heaven? Meet someone? Play? Dance?

I do think there is a real place. I've read a lot about what the NDErs say and what psychics like Sylvia Browne say souls do there, and I think they're probably right.

Assuming I get there when I die, I want to meet the rock 'n' rollers of the 1950s and 1960s, the earlier generation, especially one. Guess who? I want to sing and play tennis with him too.

No. I feel it is nothing more than justification for death.

No. its pretty much been proven that theres life after death but i HIGHLY doubt theres heaven. the idea of growing wings and flying with your dead relatives cause you were good is stupid.

Yes, I believe in Heaven. I find it releaving to know that Ill be going there. Given, I dont know for 100%, but I ask for forgiveness of my sins, and I always try to do whats right, etc. I dont know what Heaven will be like.

I'm kind of looking forward to when i die so i can freak everyone out. ANYTHING is possible. i wanna copy what large marge did in peewees big adventure.. drive a truck at night, pick up a hitch hiker, and scare the bejesus out of them. (it COULD happen, ever hear the story of the lady of the lake who hitc hikes and disappears in the car?) and i wanna be famous and have my own name like bloody mary and lady of the lake, i think i'm gonna call myself the pink stapler or the ghost that wants to have a ghostly name but doesnt cause she cant think of one. good times, good times. hell... i'll still come to this board when im dead if its possible to use the internet, i havent heard of any ghosts that have done it though.

Thats the same way I am. I totally believe there is a Heaven, and I know that there will be people there that I have been wanting to see for a long time, like my grand-parents that died before I was born. I find something satisfying knowing that there is something after this life. Like the bible says, this is just a test, and if you do whats right, you will have an eternity of happiness.

I like to believe there's a Heaven or some sort of afterlife. The thought of just not existing anymore once I die totally scares me.

In the Bible, Angels didn't have wings and as far as I know, they were all male. If you go to the store and look at a picture of an Angel, it will usually be a girl with fluffy wings. That's a man made idea.

And from some of what I'm remembering, there's not a guarantee
that people will be reunited with those they loved on earth when in Heaven, because every person there is an equal 'brother'
in Christ, and our human relationships are no longer recognized.
But, like I mentioned before, there is no guarantee. People interpret things different ways and the Bible is very vaugue about lots of stuff - probably to keep us from freaking out.
