#1 is "Elizabeth, I'm comin' to join you honey!" and #2 is "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia". (i know you said to pick one, but hey...ther's too many!)
I also like "Stifle!!" (from "All in the family)

B.T.W., I HATE "Sit on it!" I hated that when "Happy Days" first aired, and I STILL do!!!

The thing I like best about these three lines is that they never got stale in my opinion.

Yeah, especially in the context of the show. It was always funny when Richie on Happy Days said, "sit on it, Bucko." Chico and Sanford as well, you knew it was coming, but it never got old.
