Everybody Loves Raymond runs into problems

It's a Friday night, around 5:00pm.

Debra and Amy are in the kitchen cooking, as Marie is setting the table, as Frank, Robert, and Ray are watching the Friday night football game, as Ally plays on the computer, Geoffrey, and Michael playing with their Playstation upstairs.

*ding dong*

Ray gets up and answers the door. Ray opens the door to reveal a young girl standing at the door, who looked like she was crying before.

DEBRA: Ray, who's at the door (as she enters the living room, picking up the kids' toys laying on the floor.)
RAY: Debra, it's your niece.
DEBRA: My niece? Which one? (still not paying any attention)
THE YOUNG GIRL: Hi Aunt Debra. It's me, your niece, Holly.
DEBRA: (looking at Holly) Oh, Hi Holly. What are you doing here?
HOLLY: Aunt Debra, I need to talk to you in private right now. It's serious.
DEBRA: Oh, okay honey. Just a second. Amy and Marie, could you finish the meal. You all may start eating without me. Ray, Holly and I are going to Frenchie's Restaurant to talk for a bit. (grabbing her coat and purse, kissing Ray as they leave the house).

While Holly and Debra gone, Frank, Robert, Ray, Marie, Amy, Ally, Michael, and Geoffrey sit down and eat chicken, potato salad and the rest of the meal. Holly and Debra sit at a booth at the restaurant.

Debra: What's wrong honey? Are you okay? you dont look too well.
Holly: Aunt Debra. My parents kicked me out and I got nowhere to stay. May I stay with you , Uncle Ray, and the kids?
Debra: Yes, but why did you get kicked out first of all?
Holly: My ex-boyfriend, Robbie, dumped me a couple months ago, and left me for a new girl, Tara. Yet, I guess Tara and Robbie have been trying to have a baby, and Tara and Robbie are only 20 years old and she can't have a baby at all. So They asked me to be the surrogate mother, I pondered about it for weeks and then finally agreed to it, without no one knowing, except me, Robbie, and Tara. So, I had artifical insemenation of his sperm, and I got pregnant like that. I am right now, 4 months pregnant and starting to show a little bit. And to make matters worse, recently Robbie called me and told me that Tara and Robbie broke up and Tara doesn't want anything to do with Robbie or his future child (anything dealing with him). So I asked Robbie, that someone is gonna raise this child, right? He said he would if Tara came back to him, yet she isn't anywhere near that stage. So, now Robbie and Tara don't want this child and well now, being 17 years old and pregnant. My parents got furious and kicked me out and I need a place to live.
Debra: oh my god, Holly, yes you can stay here.


Days later, Debra and Holly went to Holly's doctor appointment with Dr. Martinson.
Doctor: Mrs. Barone, your niece, Holly is not pregnant with one baby, but Holly is pregnant with quintuplets.
Debra: Excuse me?
Holly: WHAT? (and faints, falling off chair)


Four months later,
Debra, Ray, Holly, Robert and Amy are out to eat, and Holly is 8 months pregnant. As Marie and Frank watch the kids. halfway thru the meal Holly's water breaks and goes into labor.


Seventeen Hours later, now 18 year old Holly gives birth to beautiful and healthy quintuplets; Erica Ann, Madison Debra. Emma Marie, Jacob Raymond, and Danielle Lynn. All five kids are fien and healthy..
