ok my pc is a piece of sh*t and it freezes up every time I try to open the other thread...so I had to start a new one...sorry...but heres more....

Instead of going home, Nate decided to ride by CD's to see if Paul was there....he saw Raina's car so he parked and called Raina's cell phone...

Raina had paused the movie while CD was making popcorn...
she could not watch it all alone...it was really quite...all of a sudden,Raina 's phone rang...she jumped off the couch and screamed..CD ran into the living room...
CD:"What is it???"
Raina(breathing heavily):"it was just my phone..."
CD laughed and walked back to the kitchen...Raina answered her phone...
Raina:"hello"
Nate:"Hey Raina...whats going on?"
Raina:"Hey Nate...Im at CD's watching some movies...what do you
need?"
Nate:"oh I was just bored...felt like calling someone.."
Raina:"ha...I guess Im the one everybody calls when they get bored..hey do you want to come watch the movies with us?...Im sure CD won't mind.."
Nate was not sure what to do...he was still really mad at CD but he wanted to see her...he dicided to join them...
Nate:"sure...I'll be there in a minute.."
Nate drove around to block a few times so it did not seem obvious he was parked out front...

CD walked back into the living room...she handed Raina a big bowel of popcorn and a coke...
Raina:"Nate called me...he said he was bored so I invited him over..I did not think you would mind..."
CD was happy Nate was coming over...maybe he came to his senses and decided to stop being a jerk...
CD:"ok that's fine.."

a few minutes later they heard a knock on the door...
Raina:"CD I think you better get it...just in case it is Freddy..."
CD:"gee thanks Raina..."
CD went to the door...she opened it and there was Nate...
Nate:"hey.."
CD:"hey..."
Nate:"Raina invited me over.."
CD:"I know.."
Nate:"so...why aren't you with Paul tonight?"
CD let out a deep breath...
CD:"why would I be with him?"
Nate:"well I assumed since we broke up you would be with him tonight.."
CD was so mad...she was tired of Nate's ******* attitude...
CD:"well maybe I should have asked him to come over too!"
she walked back to the living room angry...she sat next to Raina...Nate came in behind her...
Raina:"hey Nate...glad you came..."
Raina scooted over so Nate could sit in between him and CD..
Nate:"yeah..I just got back from Lily's and I though I would call you and see what you were up to..."
CD looked at Nate in shock...
Raina:"Lily?...yall trying to get something back started up..."
Nate:"well you know how it is...we just hook up sometimes..."
Raina giggled...
Raina:"yeah I know..."
CD hated Nate right now...she could not believe he would sleep with Lily the same day they brake up...and then to come and rub it in...
Nate:"what are we watching..."
Raina:"well right now Nightmare on Elm st. 3..."
Nate:"oooh...Freddy is my favorite..."

the three watched a few more movies...they all fell asleep on on CD's couch...Raina was curled up in a little ball at one end and CD fell asleep on Nate's shoulder at the other end(without realizing it of course)....the next morning Nate woke up and saw CD's head on his shoulder..he could not understand how he could be so mad at her but love her so much at the same time...he just sat there..not wanting to wake her..finally Raina woke up and looked at her watch....
Raina:"oh no I better get going...I got yoga today..."
CD had woken up now...she realized where she was laying and quickly got up...
Nate:"yoga?"
Raina:"yup...me, Magda, Jinny, and Captain are all going...hey you two should come too!"
CD:"no way.."
Nate:"yeah..no thanks..."
Raina:"ok see you two later..."
Nate:"yeah I gotta go too..."
both Raina and Nate left....CD got up and went to her bathroom to take a shower....

Everyone arrived to work bright and early Monday morning...they
were all drinking their morning coffee and chit chating...CD and Nate still were not speaking much...
CD:"so how was yoga?"
Raina and Magda both glared at Jinny...Jinny started laughing...
Magda:"we were kicked out after 15 minutes?"
Nate:"why???"
Raina:"because JINNY and Captain would not stop giggling..."
Magda:"yeah the teacher said our group was disrupting the class so they made us leave..."
Jinny:"hey come on now...we could not help it...those people were a bunch of fruitcakes.."
Everyone laughed and Kate came out to them give them their
assignments....
Kate:"Jinny, Magda, and Raina...young girl stabbed to death at a
party...CD, Nate...robbery..."
she handed them the files and went back into her office...then turned around and stuck her head out the door...
Kate:"by the way...Im sorry Jinny and I got us all kicked out of yoga class..."
Magda:"it's ok captain..."

Nate and CD were driving to the crime scene...they were silent for a while but Nate spoke up...
Nate:"so what did you do Saturday after we left..."
CD:"why do you care?"
Nate:"I don't really...I was just trying to start a conversation..."
CD:"well I just cleaned up some...did some laundry...how about you..did you go to Lily's?"
Nate:"do you care if I went to Lily's?"
CD:"I don't care where you go...I just did not think she would be the first person you run to when we broke up.."
Nate:"well I want a women who will not cheat on me..."
CD:"God you are an assh*le..."
Nate:"you are a b*tch.."
CD:"f*ck stain!"
Nate:"sl*t!"
finally the arrived at the crime scene...

this went on for next coule of months...they were still great partners but they hardly spoke like they used to...all they did was insult one another..they would both sit up at night thinking of new things to call each other the next day...Nate saw Lily off and on...nothing serious,just when he wanted some...CD did not date but she would always tell Nate that she had a date...

One day Nate was sitting at his desk...CD was gone to lunch with Jinny...CD's doctor called and left a message with Nate...CD finally
returned...
Nate:"hey your doctor called... he was calling to answer your question...he said yes it is possible and for you to make a appointment as soon as possible..."
CD:"ok thanks.."
Nate:"well what was the question?"
CD:"Nate it is none of your business"
Nate:"well if you are dying I would like to know..."
CD:"you would like that, wouldn't you?"
Nate:"no...you are my partner and still care about you.."
CD:"Nate it is just women stuff..no big deal so don't worry about it..."
Nate:"fine..."

the next day CD walked out of Kate's office...she got her coat and put it on...
CD:"come on douche bag...lets get this over with..I have an appointment.."
Nate:"ok @ss licker..."
they both walked out of the division...they were on there way to pick a guy up for a rape...
Nate:"so...what is the appointment for?"
CD:"I have to see my doctor..."
Nate:"about?..."
CD:"I already told you...it is none of your business..."
Nate:"fine fine...but you will have to tell me sometime..."
CD:"no I don't..."
Nate:"whatever..."
they picked the guy up and went back to the division...Nate started on the paper work and CD left for the doctor...

when CD arrived to the doctors office, she was nervous...the nurse called her to the back...
Nurse:"ok first I need you to pee in this cup...then put this gown on so the doctor can examin you..."
CD:"ok..thanks"
CD went into the bathroom and peed in the cup...she went back into the room and put on the gown...she sat on the examining table shaking from being so nervous...she thought to herself.."this is crazy, I am probably just overreacting....Im sure there is nothing wrong...Im just stressed out.."...finally the doctor came into her room...
Doctor:"good afternoon Mrs.Delorenzo...how are you?"
CD:"I have been better...you know what doctor I think I m fine...I was just under alot of stress...I mean there is no way I can be pregnant..I had my tubes tied eleven years ago..."
Doctor:"well it is possible..have you had your tubes checked since
they were tied.."
CD:"no...I did not know I was supposed to.."
Doctor:"oh yes...every seven years...it is rare if they come untied..it usually happens if the doctor does not properly tie them..."
the doctor examined CD...he left the room for a few minutes so CD
could get dressed...they already had her test results....he returned to the room...
Doctor:"ok well..the examination showed that your left tube is partialy untied..and the urine test determined you are indeed pregnant.."
CD:"I don't understand...how can I be pregnant if my tube is partaily untied?"
Doctor:"the father had to have been extremely fertal becuase there is only a small space for the sperm to enter your tube..."
CD had to smirk a little a that...Nate always came like a mad man....the Doctor and CD talked some more...then CD left to go back to work and help Nate finish up all the paperwork....she cried the whole way there...when she arrived she tried to dry her face but you could still tell she had been crying...she went to her desk and sat down...
Nate:"you back?"
CD:"obviously..."
Nate:"what is wrong?"
CD:"nothing...why?"
Nate:"you look like you have been crying..."
CD:"it is just my allergies..."
Nate:"so how was the appointment..?"
CD:"fine..."
Nate:"so you are not gonna kill over, are ya?"
CD:"no Nate I am just fine...now leave me alone!"
Nate:"ok fine...."

ok I am not a doctor so I don't know how true all that was...I read book once on pregnancy and invitro fertalization(lol...I have no idea why!)...so that is where I got some of it from...

CD stayed up all night...she did not know what to do..."I can't be a mother..." she thought to herself...she still loved Nate but she thought he did not love her...she did not want to use this baby for them to get back together...she hated when women had a baby just to get a man to love her...she did not want to be one of those women...she decided it would probably be best if she had an abortion...she could not work and take care of a baby...
the next morning CD called her doctor first thing to make an appointment...then she left for work....CD got to work before Nate...when he arrived, you could tell he was mad about
something...
CD:"wake up on the wrong side of the bed..."
Nate just gave her a dirt look and sat down...a few minutes later he looked up at CD...
Nate:"Lily has been sleeping with some guy named Pedro...."
CD:"well what did you expect...you were using her... she probably got tired of it..."
Nate:"so is that why you cheated on me?...becuase you thought I was using you?"
CD:"Nate, how many times do I have to tell you that I DID NOT CHEAT ON YOU?!?!"
Nate:"but Paul..."(CD cuts him off)
CD:"just shut the hell up...I hate the sound of your voice..."

later on that day they both had cooled down and were back speeking alittle bit more...everyone was talking about what there nick-names were...
Raina:"my first boyfriend always called me motor-mouth...I guess because I talk alot.."
CD:"that could be why..."
Jinny:"a guy, I don't remember his name, once called me
Elvira....Im not sure why though..."
everyone laughed and then Nate spoke up...
Nate:"well a girl once called me long-dong..."
everyone busted out laughing....especially CD...she was the one who called him that one night when they were both really tipsy after a friends birthday party...she did not even think he remembered that...
Magda(sarcasticly):"yeah I bet a girl called you that..."
Nate:"Im serious!"
Jinny:"ewww..well thanks for sharing..."
Nate:"hey you all asked about nick-names..."
Kate walked out of her office...
Kate:"can you all get back to work please..."
they all nodded and went back to what they were doing...Nate was still just sitting there...
Kate:"you too, long-dong.."
Nate:"yes Ma'am..."
Kate went back into her office...a little while later..CD could feel Nate looking at her..she looked up and he grinned...she smiled back and then proceeded doing the paperwork..
that was the first time they had had one of those moments since they broke up...
CD:"Nate could we make sure all this is done today...I have another appointment in the morning..."
Nate:"ANOTHER one?....tell me what is going on CD"
CD:"nothing is going on ok!...."
Nate kept buggin CD so finally she just gave in...
CD:"ok I have to get a wart removed!"
Nate(with a grossed-out look on his face):"a wart?"
CD:"yes a wart....now will you stop bugging me?"
Nate:"ok..."
they both went back to what they were doing...a few minutes later Nate popped his head up...
Nate:"can I see it..?"
CD:"see what??"
Nate:"the wart"
CD:"why do you want to see my wart???"
Nate:"well it must be a pretty big one to have the doctor calling you..."
CD:"you can't see my wart Nate...."
Nate:"why?....(he pauses for a minute)...is it a genital wart???"
CD:"NO!...you nasty f*cker!"
CD could not help but laugh...he would always say the stupidest things to make her laugh....

the next day CD got up and got ready for her appointment...she was so scared...she did not like abortion but she just could not see herself with a child...she went to the doctors office...
Doctor:"good morning....are you sure you want to do this?"
CD:"I guess I am..."
the doctor was just about to start...CD could hardly breath...right when the doctor touched her she sat up...
CD:"WAIT!"
Doctor:"yes?"
CD:"I cannot go through with this..."
Doctor:"are you sure?"
CD:"yes I am sure..."
the doctor left the room and CD got dressed...she then drove to the Division...she did not want to even think about the baby...she figured she would just tell everyone when it was absolutly nessesary....

Nate:"that was quick....did they burn it off?"
CD was confused for a second...then she rememered the wart...
CD:"oh..yeah they burnt it off..."
Nate was checking CD out to see if she had any bandages...
CD:"why are you staring at me?"
Nate:"I want to know where that wart was...."
CD:"it was on my...uhh..knee..."
Nate:"oh.."

Magda and Jinny where walking into the bull pin...they had just gotten back from a crime scene...Magda:"ok Jinny tell me who he is..."
Jinny:"who who is?"
Magda:"the guy you had a date with last night..."
Jinny:"Mag I have no idea what you are talking about..."
Magda:"don't play dumb Jinny....CD told me she called you and you said you had a date but you would not tell her who it was with...so you better tell me..."
Jinny:"what are you my mother now?"
Magda:"Im not your mother but Im your best friend and I deserve to know who you are seeing..."
Jinny:"Mag listen...it was just one date with some guy you don't know...so just forget about it, ok?"
Magda:"ok fine..."

Nate:"hey you wanna go get lunch?"
CD:"Nate why are you all of a sudden being so nice to me?....I thought we were mad at each other?"
Nate:"well we are not dating anymore but we are still partners...so we should atleast get along...who knows...maybe one day we can be friends again..."
CD:"maybe..."

Jinny was gone to the bathroom...Raina had just walked out of Kate's office..
Magda(wispering):"psss...hey Raina"
Raina:"yeah?"
Magda:"I need you to find something out for me..."
Everyone always used Raina as their personal investigator....
Raina:"what is it?"
Magda:"well last night Jinny went on a date but she will not tell anyone who it was with...there must be a reason she does not want anyone to know,so will you try to find out?"
Raina:"ok...but it might take some time...Officer Smart also has me trying to find out what his wife is getting him for his birthday...I think I know though..."
Magda laughed...
Magda:"you should be a private investigator..."
Raina:"nah...I would not have co-workers like you to gossip with...."

CD and Nate were at Anchorside eating...Nate was trying to find something to talk about but CD seemed kinda distant...
Nate:"CD?"
CD:"Hmm?"
Nate:"Are you ok?"
CD:"yeah Im fine....why?"
Nate:"I don't know...you seem different the past few days...like something is bothering you.."
CD:"I just have some things on my mind...thats all..."
Nate:"Do you want to talk about it?"
CD:"no I don't..."

Raina saw Jinny walk out of the station...she was heading over to Anchorside..Teddy was waiting for her there...he was sitting in the back because he saw CD and Nate there and he knew Jinny did not want anyone to know they were talking again...Jinny looked around a few minutes...she said hey to Nate and CD...she finally found Teddy...meanwhile Raina had ran to her car to grab a scarf and some sunglasses....she put the sun glasses on and the scarf over her head...she walked into Anchorside and
sat at the bar...CD and Nate were on their way out...
CD:"Is that Raina at the bar???"
Nate:"I think so.."
they walked over to Raina...
CD:"hey Raina,hiding from someone?"
Raina:"how did you know it was me??"
Nate:"well we see you everyday so we know what you look like..."
Raina:"damn...I thought this was a good disguise..."
CD:"are you undercover?"
Raina:"yeah..."
Nate:"is it for that case you are working on?"
Raina:"no it is something I am doing for Magda..."
CD:"ok well, we are gonna head back to the division.."
Nate:"yeah, good luck..."
Raina:"thanks..."
Raina looked around....she could not spot Jinny anywhere...she walked toward the back...finally she saw the back of Jinny's head...she saw Teddy sitting across from her...Raina put her hand over her mouth...Teddy looked up and noticed the strange women watching them...Raina quickly turned around and ran off...
Jinny:"what is it?"
Teddy:"I don't know...some weirdo..."

Raina ran into back to the station...when she got to the bull pin she was out of breath...Kate walked passed her and made a strange face...she still had the scarf and sunglasses on.....
Raina(breathing heavily):"Magda, I found out who it is.."
Magda:"Who???"
Kate over heard them and walked over...
Raina:"you know that ADA Jinny used to go out with..."
Kate:"what's going on?"
Magda:"Jinny is seeing someone but she will not say who it is...(looks back to Raina)..are you sure it was him?...Jinny and Teddy have not spoken in two years..."
Raina:"Im positive it was him..."
CD noticed the three talking so she walked over...
CD:"what?...who was him?"
Kate:"the guy Jinny has been secretly dating is Teddy Blumenthal.."
CD:"no way!"
Raina:"yes way!...I saw them together at anchorside...they were sitting in the back AND he had his hand on hers..."
Jinny walked into the bullpin and everyone shut up...
Jinny:"did I miss something..."
Magda:"no..just girl talk..."
Jinny:"oh ok...(looks at Raina,who has a big grin on her face)...what is wrong with you??"
Raina:"nothing..."
Jinny:"well whats with the sunglasses and scarf?..."
Raina:"oh that...I was just trying out a new look...what do you think?"
Jinny:"it suits you..."

a few weeks went by...Jinny was still seeing Teddy...everyone knew but they did not say anything...nobody could understand why Jinny was being so secretive about it...CD told Jinny what was going on with her...Jinny told CD to tell Nate but CD refused to..CD was really starting to show now so she tried to wear clothes where you could not tell...one day her and Nate were out working on a case when Nate noticed CD's stomach..Nate did not want to say anything to CD and hurt her feelings, she could just have put on few pounds...so he deicided he would talk to Jinny since that was who CD always talked to about stuff...

later that evening Nate went over to Jinny's...
Jinny:"hey Nate...what's going on?"
Nate:"I need to talk to you about CD..."
Jinny:"ok..."
Nate:"I know this is going to sound stupid since CD has her tubes tied but do you know if she is pregnant?...she has been acting wierd the past month or so..and today I noticed she had put on some weight..."
Jinny was not sure what to do...CD was her friend and she did not want to break her trust but Nate needed to know what was going on...she decided she would tell him CD is pregnant but she would not tell him it was his, she would let CD do that...
Jinny:"yeah she is..."
Nate:"what?..how?"
Jinny:"her doctor said a tube came un-tied or something..."
Nate thought for a split second about it being his...then he thought "it can't be mine, we have not been together in almost four months and she would be way bigger..."
Nate:"is it Paul's?"
Jinny:"I don't know Nate..."
Nate:"well thanks for telling me..."
Jinny:"your welcome..CD is probably going to kill me though..."
Nate:"I'll tell her to go easy on you..."
Nate left...he went to CD's...he knocked on the door...CD
answered and was suprised to see him...
CD:"what do you want???"
Nate:"I need to talk to you.."
CD:"about what?"
Nate pointed to her belly...
Nate:"about THAT..."
CD:"oh...that...well Im pregnant...."
Nate:"why didn't you tell me?"
CD:"I did not think it was important..."
Nate:"well it is important...Is it Paul's?"
CD(sarcasticly):"no I think it is that crack head's that I have been screwing.."
Nate:"so it is Paul's?"
CD:"no Nate..I never slept with him..."
Nate:"you didn't?"
CD:"no...I don't know why you think I did..."
Nate:"he was walking out of your appartment half dressed!"
CD:"I was going to give him a place to stay for the night but he kept wanting to sleep with me so I made him leave...and I did not give him time to get dressed..."
Nate was shocked...all this time he was being a @sshole for no reason...
Nate:"CD I am so sorry"
CD:"well I think you better be going..."
Nate:"wait...don't you want to talk about this some more?"
CD:"why?"
Nate:"well I want to know who your baby's father is...I mean I hope he is going to help you.."
CD:"you know...I really do not know who the father is..."
Nate was confused...that was so unlike CD....has she slept with THAT many guys??...CD was confused also..."why wasn't Nate asking if the baby was his???"...CD would not do much more talking so Nate finally left...

the next day CD decided since Nate knew, she would tell captain and everyone else..CD went into Kate's office...
CD:"morning Captain...can I talk to you?"
Kate:"sure...what is it?"
CD:"well I have news...Im pregnant"
Kate:"pregnant????...how??"
CD:"one of my tubes came untied..."
Kate went over and hugged CD...
Kate:"CD I am so happy for you?....but who is the father?"
CD:"just a guy..."
Kate:"is he going to help?"
CD:"he does not know..."
Kate:"Well how do you feel?"
CD:"I am SO scared...and I feel wierd...I mean I never ever
thought I would be having a baby...I am still in shock.."
Kate:"well you know CD...this probably happend for a reason...God knows you will be a good mother..."
CD and Kate talked some more...then CD went to her desk...there was a gift sitting on it..Nate has a big smile on his face...
Nate:"its from me...I wanted to be the first one to give your baby a gift..."
CD opened the gift...it was a little t-shirt that said "i love my mommy"...CD felt a tear roll down her cheek...
CD:"aww Nate that is so sweet...thank you"
Nate:"your welcome..."
suddely Raina came out of Kate's office with the look of shock on her face...she ran over to CD's desk...
Raina:"CD you are PREGNANT???"
CD(laughing):"Im affraid so.."
Raina:"Oh My God...Im so happy!!!...I have been waiting for someone at this division to get pregnant so I could throw them a shower!"
Jinny:"if you wanted to throw a shower that bad, why didn't you just have baby yourself?"
Raina:"oooh girl I don't want to throw one THAT bad..."
Magda hears what is going on and walks over...
Magda:"CD you are pregnant???...how did that happen???"
Raina:"well Magda...when a man and a women...(Magda cuts her off)"
Magda:"I know that part Raina..."
CD glares at Jinny
CD:"why don't you ask Jinny...Im sure she will tell you"

later that day Jinny ran into CD in the bathroom...
Jinny:"listen CD Im sorry...but I had to tell Nate..."
CD:"well I guess it does not matter..."
Jinny:"so are you going to tell him he is the father?"
CD:"I don't know...we are lucky our partnership lasted what it has...it was a mistake for us to have been together in the begining and I want things to stay like they are...I don't
want to loose him as a partner.."
Jinny:"but CD, he is the father of your child...he has a right to know..."
CD:"I know he does..."
Jinny:"so you should tell him...I mean, I know I am not the person who should be telling someone else the right thing to do, but you both are my friends and I know Nate would want to be in this baby's life.."
CD:"I guess I better get back to work..."

CD went to her desk...Nate came out of Kate's office...
Nate:"hey we have to go see this guy..."
CD:"what about?"
Nate:"that robbery at the bank..."
CD:"ok.."
CD and Nate were riding in the car...
Nate:"have you been thinking about names and stuff like that?"
CD:"no...Im gonna wait and see what it is first...I actually still can't even believe it..."
Nate:"well I hope it is a boy...Uncle Nate will teach him how to chase girls,cuss, drink
beer..."
CD:"Im not letting you near him!"
Nate:"ah come on...you will need me to babysit him one day..."
CD:"and leave him alone with you!?...no way.."
Nate:"oh so you are gonna be one of those over-protective mothers, huh?"
CD:"not over-protective..."
Nate:"yes you will...he will be a mama's boy...so he needs a guy like me to teach him how to be a "real" man..."
CD:"oh God...and how do you know its a boy?...I might be a little girl!"
Nate:"and you are gonna dress her up like a little princess and put little bows in her hair?"
CD:"yep.."
