In the episode "Arnold the Entrepreneur", Arnold and Sam go door to door selling bug spray. In one instance, the door is opened by an attractive woman wearing a pink leotard. Does anyone know the name of the actress who played this woman?

Actually, I've seen the credits before but I wasn't sure if it was Janna Lowell because the woman in the leotard was never referred to by a character name. In other words, Arnold and Sam did not call her Ellen.
