Fran and Lucy scene in episode towards end of series not in sydication version

Does anyone know why the sequence that was put together of Fran doing something like talking about her wedding to Lucy Ricardo (Lucy Ricardo part taken from an episode of I Love Lucy) was never shown in the syndication version of the show?

I have never seen this sequence and would love to.

It's cut out of the syndication version of "The Wedding" to make more room for commercials. I too would really love to see an original copy of this episode if anyone has one.
