Hello all, I usually post on the wings board but I love Mr. Ed. I grew up in the 60's and watched Mr. Ed during the first run. When it came on tvland my 9 and 11 year old daughters started watching it and now the can't get enought of this show. I too am taping this marathon and plan on buying the DVD 's when the Best of Mr Ed is released. I just hope enough people buy this so maybe they will release complete seasons. And Janice thanks for the marathon list.

Great marathon and proved once again what a funny and enduring show Mr Ed became. No wonder it still holds up over 40 years later. What could have been a dumb, corny show turned out not to be because of great, clever writing and wonderful actors.
One of my favorite episodes is the one where Mr Ed gets amnesia. |

Well I watched all that I could of the marathon. It was great to see the final episode. I didn't know that the Kirkwoods were not in the show for the final season (13 episodes). I also like how the later years have the episode title at the beginning of the episode. The final episode was great. That's the one where Mister Ed wants to go to college to become a doctor. And then late at night, Wilbur goes to sleep in the barn, and there's Ed treating a room full of animals. I'm glad I got a chance to see this show again.
