Let me guess, San Antonio fan? I was surprised seeing Tony Parker on your list but then realized it said fav, not greatest or the best. Anyway, in no particular order, I'll cosign on both Michael Jordan and Allen Iverson. Following the Knicks in the 90's, I also have to single out Patrick Ewing and John Starks for their passion. I'd have to really think about who else I'd pick.

Speaking of Patrick Ewing...
My husband and I were in Galveston Texas last week and saw him at the Tensel Town Movie Theatre with a very tall girl. We didn't want to make a big scene and bother him so we just kind of stared... It was cool just to see him

Michael Jordan is my #1 favorite NBA star of all-time. I remember I grew up watching him play for the Bulls and winning championships. I remember reading that he won the NBA Finals MVP Award for a record of at least four times. As much as I do like him, I disagreed whole heartily with ESPN when they chose him as the #1 athlete of the 20th century over Babe Ruth. Babe Ruth revolutionized and reinvented his sport (baseball), Jordan was just a famous athlete and basketball star. However, I still like Jordan all the same.
