Does anyone know why during the 6th season of Happy Days, why Chachi wasn't there during the first half of the Season? It's like they wrote him out of the show, then wrote him back in.

He was on anouther show called "Blansky's Beautys". It didnt work out so they wrote him back on Happy Days.

Scott Baio was on "Blansky's Beauties" before he joined "Happy Days" in 1977. In fall 1978, he was in the short lived "Who's Watching the Kids??" which also featured Lynda Goodfriend (Lori Beth). When that show bombed, they both returned to "Happy Days".
