Who Am I? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

This is the Who Am I? game. I will post a picture and you have to name the character/role played. Bonus points for naming the person's real name, episode, or whatever else you want to. I will award points based on difficulty of the photo (which may have to do with the poor quality of the photo). Feel free to add your own to the mix. Depending on the participation I might keep a tally going, so everyone join in.

My thought was an easy one like the virgin would be someone on more than 1 episode, or a major part and would be 2 points. Someone on one episode/very minor role who is well known elsewhere (George Wallace, or Rena (on another current show)) would be a 3 pointer. Someone in one episode with a recognizable mug would be about 4 points, and someone like the pool boy Dustin who was briefly shown and not very recognizable was a 5 and up. That is what I had in my mind anyway as a guide.

His name is Patrick Kerr.

He played a clerk in The Bottle Deposit episode of Seinfeld.
