where did you find that picture? How do you guys do that? I mean post pictures like that?

I found that on Google, then saved it. When you want to attach a picture, click browse (at the bottom) and when you've found the name of your picture, click on it. It's real easy once you've done it.

Looks good! You have to have PaintShop in order to resize your pictures, which I don't have. You could ask someone to size them for you, too.
