I have a dumb question, but which one is cheaper: 1-800 COLLECT or 1-800 CALL ATT?

I dunno. Thats why I asked.

And how much is it to dial 0? I know all this is free for person who calls, but I was jsut wondering exactly how much it is on the phone bill.

I know 0 is more expensive, because thats what they say on the commercials. How about 10 10 987? Its like 99 cents and then 3 cents for every minute after that andit goes right on your phone bill. Hmm.. allow me to do some research.

Q What is 1-800-COLLECT?
A 1-800-COLLECT is the #1 collect calling service. 1-800-COLLECT was the first to offer consumers a choice in collect calling and saves at least a buck or two on every interstate call vs. dialing zero with AT&T.
------------------------------------------
What is 1 800 CALL ATT for collect calls?
It's a great way to call collect. Customers save 13%, on average, by using 1 800 CALL ATT's automated feature instead of dialing zero with MCI. Plus, you can use it from any phone, even pay phones, and you don't need coins. How cool is that?

LOl, found this on the FAQ page...

Got any info about Carrot Top?
Our spokesman is a colorful guy! Born Scott Thompson, he grew up in Cocoa Beach, FL, where his Dad worked for NASA. He attended Florida Atlantic U. in Boca Raton, where he says he "majored in skirt chasing and minored in partying." He began his comedy career in college, at an open mike night.

And as for those striking good looks, in his own words, ". . .yes, this is my real hair and it's naturally this curly. There are some people who honestly think I went into a salon one day with a normal head of hair and said, "Can you screw it up real bad?" and then paid for it.

Learn more about the Top at his web site.

I think it's actually 39 cents per call and then 3 cents per minute, and I think you can make phone calls to other countries too.

Crystal probably did, I think she said she had a thing for red heads. Remember when she said she liked Danny Bonaduce? It really wouldn't surprise me if she liked Carrot Top too.

actually if you have a SAM'S club near you the best deal is to buy a AT&T phone card and it's only 3 cents par min.

I've seen commercials for 1-800-CALL-ATT, 10-10-987, 1-800-COLLECT and 10-10-220 many times. When I was young, I usually saw the commercial for New Jersey Bell (now Verison) which they had the Spinners sang the jingle for 10-NJB a long time ago.
