How would you rate his singing?
I would give it a 4.5. 1. I always kinda go "ugh" when he starts singing cuz it takes away from the comedy 2. Its a little boring .Hes still cool though!! |

His singing is no better than average. Whenever his band plays a song, it's nothing catchy or memorable. I forget what it sounds like two minutes after I hear it.
He needs to take singing lessons from Robin Zander of Cheap Trick! Now that guy can SING!! He is the best! |

Depends on the song. But then I'm usually not listening to him anyway. It's hard to listen and stare at the same time.

Jesse is now and has always been the reason I watch Full House. Growing up, I looked at that character the same way I would an older brother.
His voice is extremely average. It's not gonna blow people's socks off. But that's not really the point. The reason I was fascinated by that character was how he approached the music. Two examples stick out in my mind: In one episode, he makes an idiot out of himself at a party in front of Becky. She gets angry with him. Later that night, he goes to her house and serenades her outside her window. He says things in his music that he can't in normal conversation. I believe the name of that song was "I Belong to You". Then there was the Disney World episode. Becky was angry with him and was storming back to their room. Right there in the middle of the hotel, Jesse starts singing her a song on the piano. "And a breath in your ear, telling you I'm so sorry". Terrific guy, man! He's one of my original inspirations for picking up a guitar. Thanks to music, I've been able to express myself so much better to those I love. So, yes, his voice is average. But his intentions were extraordinary. Full House would have suffered without the musical bits. In Peace, King Creole |

Just to keep the limelight on the Big J, here's a little tribute pic.
If it weren't for that character, I may have never picked up a guitar. Thanks, Jess. In Peace, King Creole |

Don;t hate on John Stamos! He's a good singer. The one sing that I remember him singing so well on "Full House" and I will never forget it is "Forever, Forever". Beautiful song. To me, that was his personal theme.

I think he's a GREAT singer. I've seen him on Broadway 7 times (3 different musicals) and what a voice he had every time!

That John Stamos can raise the roof. He is one of the best actor/actress who can sing that had a series. I rank him up there with previous singers who had sitcoms such as Nancy Dussault (Too Close for Comfort), Shirley Jones and David Cassidy (The Partridge Family) and Nell Carter (Gimme A Break).
Another one on Full House have a decent voice is Bob Saget. A few times he got to sing on the show I was impress. |
