My brother just told me he seen a commerical of 8 simple rules saying they are going to play an unaired 8 simple rules, is this true?

No, it's "Come and Knock on Our Door" with 'never before seen' footage.

With never-before-seen footage? Where did you read about this? Do you mean clips not originally aired or something like a commentary or something? What do you mean?

I'm definitely recording it! I recorded it originally, but my tapes are unmarked I can't find the original....

It's listed as "never before seen footage." Even the promos have been saying that. I'm not sure what it could be, but it'll probably be a scene that did not make the cut for the episode originally.

there was no unseen footage in "come and knock on our door" tonight... was there supposed to be?

I think the only thing new was Paul saying to Rory about "chest hair" and Cate calling Paul's dream "a stupid TV show." Anyone else notice anything different?

That's probably what was new!!

I recorded this episode back in January when it originally aired, but I haven't seen it since because all of my video tapes are unmarked. After re-recording the episode last night and trying to remember what is new, I don't really see much, other than what Pavanbadal mentioned.

I will have to re-organize my "January TV Stuff" video tapes and watch it again this weeekend.

Those were the exact two parts I thought were added as well, so I'm guessing that's all that was added. I figured that like, a whole scene being new, would be too good to be true.
