Who did Fred hate being around the most? Rollo or Esther? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I think it was equal. Fred felt the same way about Esther's face as he did about Rollo's stealing.

Interesting question...But I would have to say Eshter; he seemed to be meaner towards her than Rollo or anybody for that matter...

Eventhough Fred loved to insult Esther, i think deep down he had a bit of a soft spot for her since she was Elizabeth's sister. He just could not get over just how UGLY she was. He has helped her in the past by giving money to her charity (Episode: By The Numbers) and helped her and Woody when they adopted Daniel; (Episode: Aunt Esther has a baby). I do not think though he had anything for Rollo. He hated him for always leading Lamont astray. Fred actually hated all of Lamont's friends (Rollo, Julio, Ah-Chew). I loved it when Fred threw a piece of cheese at Rollo after he thinks he is hitting on Donna!!

Great site, I thought I was the biggest Sanford & Son fan on earth but I see I've got plenty of competion for that title. To answer that question it would be Esther hands down in one episode Fred tells Lamont "I can't stand Rollo but I don't hate him"
