I read somewhere that when Lucy became pregnant with Little Ricky, someone invented a line of nursery stuff (furniture, blanekets, etc). Is there any truth to this? I'd love to get my hands on it!

There's this book with all the memorabilia in it including some of what you mention, they were selling the stuff like hotcakes back then. Lucy furniture and Little Ricky furniture, everything you can imagine, i think it was called For the Love of Lucy, and it even shows the value of everything today.

These days you can get the John Lennon collection of course. It's cool - almost makes me wish I had kids!
Then again maybe not.

Try one out for the holidays first, i don't know if they still do that, but you spend Christmas with this kid and if it doesn't work out, you send the kid back, if it does work, you adopt!

Isn't that just a little cruel for the kid?!
Anyway, I don't need any of my own. There's babies all over the place at the moment. One of my nieces just had one, actually, so I'm a 'great' for the first time. Thinking I'll just ignore that bit though...

Have you ever noticed in the I Love Lucy episodes on the Little Ricky's Crib is the little cartoon Lucy and Desi from the beginning credits??? So I guess there is a Little Ricky Nursery Set.
