Yes, that was a very puzzling story. Perhaps one day there will be an update, but you have to wonder since it happened so long ago.

The funny thing about this story is they don't believe he died the night of the party because a buddy of his saw him a few days later getting into someones car. The friend had been out of town and didn't know Kurt was missing. Why Kurt didn't go back home after the party or let his family know where he was staying is a mystery in itself. His mother said he was a good kid who never got into trouble so it would be unlike him to just disappear voluntarily.

Looking at the episode guide, that case is on the same episode as the Matthew Chase case, and if that's true I'm very interested in trading for (or even buying) a tape of that.
