Default The Naomi hair-do poll

Which is your favorite "Naomi hair"?

I posted the choices in the order her hairstyles change in the series (for the most part, lol) :

"Long ponytail"---pilot episode, Vint & Naomi sleep together, "Family Feud", etc.

"Kinda long, over the shoulders"---"The Wedding", Vint's talent contest, etc.

"A little bit of curl, put back with barrettes"---"Mama Learns to Drive", Mama gets a job at Food Circus, Vint & Naomi's Honeymoon, etc.

"BIG with big loose curl"---"Farewell, Frannie", and the next several episodes afterward ("Fran's Will", the racehorse one, etc.)

"Tight perm"---Thanksgiving, Joyce Brothers, etc.

"Relaxed perm"---Bubba's video camera shorts out, Naomi gets pregnant, etc.

I like the "do" that she wore for her wedding. She looked so pretty! But I think she looked good in all of them!

I saw Naomi on a episode of CSI: Miami last week and it took me all to figure out who she was! She had very short hair and looked old!

I voted for the "BIG hair with big curl" she has in the first handful of syndicated episodes---I just love it, she's still kinda feisty, and that big hair just makes her all the more wild! She looks really good with it, though.

But comin' in closely was the "kinda long, over the shoulder" look in the wedding episodes, etc., and then "a little curl in it put back with barrettes".

Honestly, I didn't like the perms at all, but love the three I mentioned! lol

I liked the one where she had the pony-tail in the 1st season. She looked sexy! Yes, I'm a 16 year boy old who has a LITTLE crush on Naomi.

Yeah she has aged since Mama. She seems to have very thin hair. She should let it grow out a little. I saw her in a movie recently and I didn't recognize her at first. But I empathize withher as I am in my 50's also. We all are getting older. Nothing much can be done about that!

I voted for the long ponytail.
I don't really know why; I just like it.

I thought Naomi had a perm in Farewell, Frannie.

Also, I see no difference between a tight perm and a relaxed perm.

Does anyone have pics of these hairstyles? Which of those is the one she has in the picture at the top of this site?

I can sympathize...I don't have thin hair, but I have fine hair. Ouch.

Tight perm:

I couldn't find a picture of a relaxed perm, but the curls tend to be more loose than the tight perm picture, pictured above. Naomi has a tight perm in the picture at the top.

What I meant by that was, like, in "Cat's Meow" and "An Ill Wind" (the Thanksgivin' show) and those episodes around that time, her permed hair (wigs) are REALLY tights. Then later on, they're bigger 'n looser---more messy 'n curly, lol.

The pic at the top is the "BIG loose curl", which she had in the first 6 syndicated shows. Much better than some of the later perms/wigs!

Actually, that's the "BIG loose curl" that's in the poll choices. It was big 'n wavy, not "tight permed" like in the "Thanksgiving era shows"---she was a frizzpot then! That's what I meant by "tight perm".

How can you tell me that the picture at the top is not a perm?!
