Actually they do compare...like a "Friends" article in 1994 once said, "Not since 'Cheers' has there been a show with this golden a camaraderie."

Moreso in the Rebecca years probably though, since the earlier ones were more "Sam & Diane", and the later ones were a much more true ensemble cast---like "Friends".

Friends... it has a lot more "rewatchability" than Cheers, but both are top notch.

I don't think they do....The weird thing is that the Cheers Cast and The Friends cast are around the same age at the time of doing the show.....but um...one casts seems to act a little more adult than the other....mixed in with a LOT of immaturity...the other one just seems kind of too immature and unreal....in my opinion ofcourse...although friends is a pretty ok show.
