Any Scooby Doo fans out there? Also did any one think when they had the New Scooby Doo And Scrabby, Scrabby just got in the way? I did not care for him and the show Scooby Doo and Scrabby. My favorite charater is of course Scooby,Dapenee,Thel ma and Fred. The movie was not that good hopefully Scooby doo part 2 be better.

Yeah, I like Scoob and the gang, too, though they are getting a little over-exposed as of late. (Srcappy Doo got on my nerves, too...)
But how do you feel about all the "Scooby Doo" clones that Hanna-Barbera created in its wake: "Goober and The Ghost Chasers"; "Funky Phantom"; "Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kids"; "Clue Club"; and, of course, "Jabberjaw"? (I know I'm forgetting a few). Do you think the presence of these shows diluted any impact the original may have had? Were these shows overly-derivitive of the concept that it drove it into mediocrity? Your thoughts, please. |

I hated the whole lot of 'em. There was also Josie and the Pussycates, Charlie Chan and the Chan gang and also one with a talking Dune buggy but I forgot the name.

"Speed Buggy" is the title you're thinking of. ("Josie and the Pussycats" was all right with ME, though...you really can't go wrong with three chicks in leopard-print leotards, man...)

I like the Scooby Doo movie where Scooby and the gang meet Josie and the Pussycats.

Yeah, that one was interesting...you got to hear Casey Kasem do two versions of craven cowardice with both Shaggy AND Alexander Cabot III, who to my ears, was the same vocal inflection, but since I haven't seen that particular cartoon in years, I may be mistaken.
I also like the two where Scooby and the gang meet Batman and Robin (this version being voiced by Olan Seoul(?) and---Casey Kasem!!) |

I love Scooby!! It is the BEST, especially 'What's New Scooby Doo', the newest one cause Mindy Cohn is in it! (see my screen name) I love the voices and the animation and how they improved the charaters greatly. I also love how Frank Welker and Casey Kasem came back! I hope Kids WB puts it back on the air cause I miss it sooooo much and I HATE Teen Titans!
