I want to know how to put a picture of Lucy Hale, or any reality tv star really, below my screen name. Will somebody please tell me how?

u shoulda posted this on Chit Chat. More responses there.

But..

Go to User CP, Edit Options, Change Avatar. U can upload a pic or choose from what they have

u have to save a pic to ur computer..... and then u upload it.

U may want to ask this on the Chit Chat board, because its kind hard for me to explain
