What do you think would have happened if Jan were really allergic to Mike. Who would have to move out, Mike or Jan???

oh boy! if anyone's seen The Brady Bunch movie that came out around the 90's they'd have all selected Jan to move out. but in this show, well, Jan did always wanna be the only child!!! she probably moved in with that friend of hers that had no siblings, i think it was Donna or something...

Question

That is a toughie. I think They would have had to keep Jan and Mike apart. To answer your question though It was Mike's house and he needed to provide for his family, So Jan would have to leave. (In my opinion).

Mike would have had to move out -- this would have given Sherwood Schwartz an excuse to get rid of the troublesome Robert Reed. Sherwood is always saying that if the show had gone on for a sixth season, Reed would have been dropped from the cast. In the story, Jan could have suffered a recurrence of her allergies. With Tiger long dead, this time they would have figured out that Jan truly was allergic to Mike, and he would have moved out. And his spot in the opening credits grid could have been filled by that horse statue that sat on the credenza by the staircase.

That doesn't really make sense. She wouldn't just find out years later that she was allergic to him. And she wasn't even allergic to Tiger.

The ending for Kachoo! is unrealistic as well. I have had allergies all my life and there is no way that you could tell that Jan had a reaction to the flee powder immediatly like, the scene plays out. She could still be sneezing from the dandruff from the dog.

Also, the writers could have known that giving any animal a bath will not stop an allergy!

Also as posted before the same "bath sequence" for Tiger is also inserted into "54-40 and Fight!"

Default What was the hurry?

And when they found out it was the flea powder and not Tiger, Greg yelled "We gotta stop Dad!" and they all went running out.
He wasn't taking him to the pound to be put to sleep! He was only going to their grandparents! They could have got him after school.
