What was wrong with Naoka? She was only in two episodes and was Rudy's friend.

Noaka, not to be confused with Kim Ogawa, who was the same actress. Kim and Noaka are the played by the same actress, just like Martin Kendall and Darryl were both played by Joseph C. Phillips.

Hmmmm, I'll go for Deirdre Arpell (Gabrielle Carmouche). Bill Cosby must've had a heart attack when he found out that one of Rudy's acquaintances went on to do some really nasty pornos in real life!

I didn't like Cliff's parents. They seemed to be involved in alot of stuff in history and it just doesnt seem real, but then again, everyone the Huxtables seem to know are professors and it all seems a little stupid.

The absolute worst to me was Cousin Pam. She did not fit into the Huxtable household AT ALL. But she was brought in so that the Huxtables could deal with sexual and birth control issues in reagards to a teenager who was not part of their perfect "virgin til married" household. She answered all that stuff that was being addressed in these 80's sitcoms. Second to her was the precocious and obnoxious Olivia. She was just added because Cosby must have found her a cute kid with good "acting" skills.

I think that Pam and Olivia were added because the ratings were dropping and they were hoping to raise them again by adding a new character, which almost never works.

ABSOLUTELY! I concur 100%! The saddest moment in "Cosby" was the NEED for these obtuse characters. And my wife is still royally pi ssed off they cheated her and the rest of America from Sondra and Elvin's wedding day! I agree to this, too! It would have been so nice to have a Huxtable Wedding!

I don't even know if we got a formal announcement when they actually got married. Was it just like one episode they aren't and the next episode they are?
