nope, there's at least 2 more seasons after this. SP lost it's "fairweather fans" after season 2, but us diehards have stayed with it and it's gotten better and better

I thought it was okay. A little better than the other season 7 episodes.

the Queer Eye parody was okay, but some of the other season 7 episodes were funnier

It was alright, but not too good. I think they should just end it this season, if this trend continues it is going to be unwatchable in a season or two.

The creators of the show, Matt Stone & Trey Parker say that they will do at least through season nine and then "call it a day!!"
