whoa!

thats loadsa movies!
I've seen 3000 Miles to Graceland, George of the Jungle and Tombstone. And I'd say he was not so bad as Lyle Van de Groot.
mind you in the other two movies he errr... underperformed to say the least but thats mainly because of the poor and marginal parts he played there.

I didn't like Susan's Plan.
It wasn't because of Thomas Haden Church's rumored relationship with Lara Flynn Boyle, but, I must admit, she's not the best actress. Even Crystal Benard does better than her
She scared me in that movie so much, plus, I thought the plot of her character Betty the Hairdresser sleeping with Thomas' VERY engaged character Dr. Chris Stillman (remember? he had a nice-looking fiance in the movie?!?) was immoral.
I think it's horrible that she just slept with him and manipulated him so he could kill off that Paul dude so Susan could get her darned money.
Later in the movie when Chris is with his fiance, he really looks as if he feels bad for cheating on her (after their argument, Chris even carries her back to bed. Awww!).
Well, in the end, he gets the raw deal, marries his fiance and goes to Vegas!
It WASN'T a funny movie, it was downright sad.
I can't watch it because it's very depressing and I can't believe that the "Animal House" guy Jon Landis (who directed Susan's Plan) is proud of the stuff he does.
Then again, he worked on Michael Jackson's "THRILLER"
*Deep breath*
There, I feel better now!

I just loved him in this movie. He does great at what ever role he gets whether he plays a bad boy or an innocent ypung man. I also liked they way his eyes looked in Free Money. I most definatly did not like the way his hair looked in Demon Knights.

I'm just reminding everyone that George of the Jungle 2 is coming out on October 21st.
So, how does everybody like my new "Lyle in GOTJ2" avatar?

Not to be mean here, but Thomas Haden Church has a REALLY weird face when it comes to showing age.....

Take a look at various "Wings" episodes, even from the same season....in some shows Lowell will have a smooth, young-looking face, and in others he has a lined, rather haggard-looking appearance.

I'm not knocking the guy, but I've always thought that it was so strange that his face can change so drastically when it comes to lines and aging...even from week to week!

I was looking up "Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight" about a year ago and came across a 'movie smoking' page and it
told what actors were smoking in what scene of what movie and if they smoked in real life.
It said that Thomas smokes (although he may have stopped, who knows), so that may clue
us in to the reason why Thomas has gotten more creases near his lips and crow's feet near his eyes.
Some are natural or from aging and I think we have an idea of where the rest came from...
See, I really have no life, That's why I'm a senior in High School.

I guess I didn't post right or I got deleted, but I may have some insight as to why THC's face changes the way it does:

It's sad, but true... or at least it was true when "Demon Knight" was out.

Cool

I don't know which would be better. To look your age and grow old gracefully or to look younger than what you are. Everyone also says how young my whole family looks and you would be suprised at how old we really are.

I'll tell you what's REALLY bad....We know a married couple in their mid-50's. They USED to look about the same age-wise, but with the passing years, she's grown to look her age (maybe even a little older), but HE still has this young, little-boy face....and now they look really STRANGE together!
