Default I was surprised..

that Bill Cosby said no sympathy or mention of John Ritter at the Emmy`s.He did of Mr. Rogers and rightly so , but so soon after John`s passing and no thought of him, I found this strange especially that John appeared on his show! And those sunglasses.. he reminded me of someone rich.. in pocket and mind.I think it`s ill mannered to speak to an audience w/ sunglasses on. I think eye contact is important when speaking. Ray Moreno mentioned how he idolized Cosby and Cosby didn`t even acknowledge him. .I use to like Cosby ,but I now saw a different side of him.

Ya, I was surprised about that myself. When he first starting talking I thought for sure that's who he was talking about and then he said Fred Rogers. I was like "what". I was actually surprised that not one winner said anything about him. I thought that at least one person, besides Henry Winkler, would have said something. I also didn't like that "loser song" that they sang towards the end, I thought that was pretty tasteless. But as for Bill Cosby, I still like him, obviously he was closer to Fred than John, but he could've said something.

Bill wore sunglasses because he has cataracts (sp?) forming in both eyes and light irritates them and imagine how bright it must be on that stage. Don't blame Bill. I heart him. He's so old. I think everyone had John in their hearts and minds that night even if they didn't say anything.

Suzanne Somers was really upset when she was on HSN in September. She REALLY wanted to say something about John with Henry Winkler. I don't remember her story word for word but she said something about how she couldn't get on or the producers wouldn't let her in/get tickets or something like that. I should listen next time.

It's funny, though. I DO remember that Alan doesn't give her real jewelry anymore, but he did give her a bee suit because Alan keeps 250,000 bees and then she went on about she was in her pool on a pink floatie and a wasp stung her on her inner thigh! It's amazing what you remember! Did anyone else see that? Or am I alone on this conversation??
