Ok u scroll down all the way and right above the make new thread button in a darker gray box it says post a poll click the little box and then press post a poll

omg I've tried to post polls a million times and I can never figure out how. On my computer you can't click on the make a poll thing. It just says how my catagories in the poll or something... lol
