Dear New York Jets,

So nice to see that you have decided to end your playoff bid so early in the season.

For the rest of the year I know I will be able to spend the remaing Sundays of 2003 on other activities, like brisk walks in Central Park, reading the Sunday New York Times at a local coffee establishment, or perhaps taking in a museum or play and not have to concern myself with the possibility that you will be attending the Superbowl in January.

Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing you suck the life out of New York sports next season.
