Default I recorded the length of the N@N version of Cupid Works Overtime and the UNCUT

the version and here is the final results

UNCUT version-23:33
N@N version-19:93

So N@N only chopped off 3:40 minutes

I always thought Orignal Network airings were 25 minutes. Guess i was wrong

Where I live, all of N@N sitcoms run between 21:45-21:50. Unless u aren't counting the opening and end theme songs.

'Cause in the synopsis on www.threescompany.com...it says "Janet apologizes to Phillip, who is more than eager to make up". Were we just not supposed to see that or was that yet another example of the butchery of Nick at Nite??

If it is, that sucks ass!!

that scene wasn't in 'The Heiress' either! the episode ended with Janet about to wring Jack's neck because he made her break up with Phillip when he didn't do anything wrong

Tv shows are getting shorter as the years go by. Many of my episodes of wkrp when uncut are between 23-25 minutes.
It's not abnormal for your ep to be 23 - they probably get shorter
as you near the end of the series.

Im recording a new sitcom lately, first run, and its just hitting 21 minutes usually. Hopefully it wont have to be cut for more commercials - could you imagine that!

I believe they're 25 minutes if you include the opening and closing. Otherwise, it would be shorter than 25 minutes. At least that's why I believe it came out at that time...or it might've just been a shorter than usual episode. *shrug*
