Default Cheers, the story behind the pictures

For lack of better conversation topics, what do you guys think the pictures that go with the opening theme really mean?
For example in the first one where Ted and Shelley's name come up she has her foot on him showing idk control or something. so what do you guys think?

Ok, how's this:

"Ted Danson/Shelley Long"-
It's an episode where Diane hates Sam. So she's trying to kick him and she thinks it's funny, but Sam thinks it's funny, too because he thinks she's just joking.

The other "Sam" one-
He's standing, very proud of his bar.

The "Coach" one-
It's him in his younger years, and he's standing there posed, thinking about "the good ol' days"

"Carla"-
She's being escorted by some guys into Cheers.

"Woody"-
He's thinking about his times in Hanover (OMG... I LIVE in Hanover- just not a farm Hanover! I just realized that he lives there, too!)

"Frasier"-
He's just sitting there thinking about his darling Lilith

"Lilith"-
Okay, I don't like that picture... she looks a little possesed.

"Rebecca"-
She's thinking of managing the bar, wondering why she ended up getting a "crummy job at Cheers."

"Cliff"-
He's sitting, dreaming of the days he lived in "the old west" and describing his adventures there.

"Norm"-
First he's thinking about ordering another beer, and then he thinks about when he's older, in the future, when you can get beer for free, and that's why he holds the "WE WIN" sign.

Am I missing anyone??

Have you ever noticed that they show for a brief second during the Rebecca years this pic? I think it's kind of nice... you know? like a reminder of the Sam and Diane Relationship.

Ohh i HATE this kind of things, looking deeper into stuff.

We have to do it ALL the time in school.... art, english, even MATH sometimes.

I just think, its there for ENTERTAINMENT, leave it alone, YOU dont know what they were thinking.

Not you guys, my teachers.

But, the word CHEERS comes up in front of the "sam and diane" pic doesnt it??

I just dont see the point in further analyzing stuf. Sometimes that can ruin something if you think about it too much.

That doesn't make much sense.

Think about it (no pun intended), the harder you try to figure why somebody drew something this way, or decided to write something that way CAN make you dumber, because.... they could have just been writing or painting or whatever.... and never really put emotions into it.

Everything has to have meaning all of a sudden.

It probably doesnt make much sense, but what Im trying to say is that life is too over-analyzed nowadays.

Let it be....

Dude!!! This was just supposed to be a fun board for ideas. No need to criticize. This is too confusing.

trust me...DON'T THINK ABOUT IT TOO MUCH! lol
it IS dangerous to your health...seriously

figure out why my site, devoted to the Cheers theme and its pics, is at a stand still...I thought about too much, and i couldn't explain all the little details any more...so my site's just kinda sitting there.

maybe someday, i can think about it again and I'll finally revise it haha

Barwars, in the Rebecca years, the season 1-5 Sam/Diane pic WAS used, but only used for the background of the word "Starring." opposed to seasons 1-5, where it was "Starring" AND "Ted Danson/Shelley Long"

Doug
BTW, if you dont know already, my site is (well, kinda is): http://www.freewebs.com/wekyn
