I went with s2, but s1-s6 and s9 were all good to me, but season 2 was when the show was something I made sure to not miss on Thursdays

it's funny how DVD shows that time can change a shows status. I used to love seasons 2 and 3 best... but after getting all 5 seasons on DVD and watching them in order, I realized neither of those seasons stood out as much as I remembered. I'd say season 4 was my fave in retrospect, even tho in 1997 I didn't think so. Season 1 right behind s4. The hair and fashion was bad, and it is the most dated in terms of quality, but still, everything cliqued that year

Ah, this is too hard. 1 is special to me, everything was very fresh and the writing was so strong...3 doesn't hold up as much as I thought it would with frequent re-viewings...and 8 was its renaissance. 6, 7 and 9 were all below average....but I'd have to say 2 was my favorite...great writing, good characterisation and some classic episodes. So...yeah, 2

Season 6. It didn't have much drama or ongoing stories, whihc left much more room for fun stories, and different pairings within episodes. Most of the episodes were brilliant.

3 fails on re-viewing for me, 1 was where it hadn't quite got into it's stride yet, 2 and 4 were good, 9 was quite weak, and 5, 7 and 8 are joint under 6 for me.

I agree with all that seasons 5-7 were the funniest. They hit their peak then, its still funny to me but its fricken hillarious watching those re-runs!

I cant wait for their up coming 80s flashback episode! the 3 sec clip made me howl !
