The first season was the best. The second was ok, what made the show so good that first season was the kids were at the right age and Mabel was a firm character. She was phased out in the second season and the show put out some of it's most boring episdes that year. I would have to say the 2nd season is the worst. The 3rd wasn't bad.

The Dancin Danny Domino dance contest episode was a favorite of mine, and that was from season 3. Then there's the Doobies episodes, classic. And an episode where Dwayne is performing "Handy Man." If I had to pick one season as my fave, I guess I'd go with season 1, with season 2 a very close second place.

Mrs. R.N.HARRIS, how long has it been since you last saw these episodes? When I got the dvd in August, I couldn't stop laughing. I'd forgotten or just didn't realize how funny the show was.

I remember watching the show when I was a child, and recently I have a friend of mine copy episodes from the first season...I cannot wait to purchase the DVD, because the show made me laugh so hard that I was in pain...

Season one is great. Just a good, fun show.

But looking at Season 2 episode summaries I know that this is my favorite-

Rerun joining the cult.
Dwayne's football picks.
The church raffle for a TV.
Raj's practical jokes on Ms. Collins
The Doobie Brothers
The Gong Show

Please buy Season 1 people so we can see Season 2 on DVD!
