Default Becoming Fonzie

Hey,
I haveto be The Fonz in this play at school, it counts for alot of my mark and would just like suggestions on how to act like him. This probably sounds wierd but I need help! I know the whole thumbs up thing and the snapping of the fingers, please help!

Gee, those are hard shoes to fill. Do you have any video tapes of HD so you can watch his moves and expressions? You have to do the "AAAAYYYY" just right and you have to have a cocky walk and when you grab someone's shirt collar, grab it with force. Fonzie doesn't dance like everyone else, so you have to snap your finger and hold the girl REALLY tight and just sway back and forth. Think Cool! I advise that you just watch HD. I would love to see that play. Good luck!

well if you have a leather jacket it'll be a LOT easier, but you need to slouch a bit, be coool throw in a few something - a - mundos, and heeeeys.....

Best thing to do is watch a couple of episodes and study up on him...

Question #1: What kind of a school are you going to that requires its students to be the Fonz? What is next, dressing up in suspenders and faking heart attacks like Fred Sanford.

Question #2: Are you inately "cool"? If not, good luck.

Here is another suggestion. You could make a fake jukebox. Now you had a tape or CD of some 50's music, you could punch the jukebox. Then have somebody backstage with a tape player or CD player, play the song.

Default Thanks For The Help

I don't have any tapes of happy days, so I tried downloading some and no luck. I havet to do this play for my drama class, it's a pretty big part of my final mark becasue it's a huge presentation. I know it sounds wierd, mostly becasue it is, but so is my drama teacher so I've had to play alot of characters. I would just like to do the Fonz soms justice and have no idea how. . .I am still trying to find some HD videos.
Thanks.

If I was chosen to play Potsie ( even though I'm a girl ) , I wouldn't have to do any acting. I would come naturally.
