I personally don't considering that I like the show, but if Dharma & Greg's rating were a little stronger Spin City would've still been on.

I liked both shows but they both were in decline when they went off the air.

No. Spin City was dead the minute Charlie Sheen was added to the cast. His episodes were terrible. That and James, Nikki, and Janelle were all gone, which hurt the show as well. The only thing holding the show together in those episodes ever was Stewart and Carter's plots, but even those were lacking. The show should have been cancelled when Mike left.
