Several weeks ago, I posted about an idiot customer at the grocery store I work at who was making fun of me because I'm disabled. It made me so angry and upset that I had told the manager that I was not going to put up with that kind of abuse again, paying customer or no. He agreed with me and said that I could say whatever the heck I wanted to anyone who is rude or insensitive about my disabilities.

Anyhoo, I hadn't seen the fat dumbo in the store for a couple of weeks. She came in last night though and guess who's line she chose to go into? She started making rude comments about me before I had even gotten to her order. I finished with the order I was on and then I told her that she was a mean, miserable, nasty excuse for a human being and that she had better get the heck out of my line or I would have her escorted from the store sans groceries. She started giving me the "I'm the customer and I'm always right!" speech. I interrupted her and said that she still doesn't have the right to make fun of me. I walked over and got the manager and told him about her. He walked over and told the woman to leave the store and don't ever come back or he'll have her arrested!

She called me a

****** and stomped out of the store.

People like her make me hate humanity and people like my manager make me feel a little better about people.

I agree. I believe the customer is always right, but they don't have the right to be rude and nasty to the employees or other customers.

People like her shouldn't be allowed in public. I don't see how anyone could just make fun of a person like that.

You treaded her exactly the way her bad behavior merited. Good for you. If someone had done that years ago, she might not be such a miserable excuse for a human being today.

I read your first thread about that nasty woman, but never commented. I was hoping she'd get her just desserts in the end, and I'm very happy to hear that she did. Good for you!
