Default John Ritter is NOT DEAD---Publicity Stunt

Did any of you guys see the AOL Ritter message boards soon after he died and someone came on their claiming that Ritter was NOT DEAD and it was just a publicity stunt.

Obvioulsy, I don't believe this since John would never abandaon the daughter and family and show he loved so much.

You know, some people have said the same thing about Bruce Lee and Elvis' death----that they staged their deaths and went into hiding. In fact, there is a tribe in Fiji who still believes Bruce Lee is alive and they wait for his return. Of course, I read that in the 1980s so they probably lost hope by now since Bruce Lee would be over 60 even if he were alive.

Just hypothetically if John did ever try anything like this IT WOULD TOTALLY backfire since people would be so upset he faked his own death they would not only hate his show but they would hate him for putting his fans through this.

But it is interesting to wonder-----Do you think any major star of Ritter's caliber could get away with staging their own death? I think it would be next to impossible because they would have to get all their family and friends to join in on the conspiracy and in this case they would have to get all the hospital workers to join in as well as well as people like best friend Henry Wrinkler, etc.

It seems impossible but I'd appreciate all of you to give your feedback.

You said that someone posted that message soon after he died. That person was probably as shocked as anyone else, and didn't believe it was true at the time.
I awhile ago I recall some one called into a news station saying that some celebrity had died, and before anyone knew it, it was all over the news. It was a hoax, and that person didn't really die. I cant remember who it was now, if anyone else here knows about that, help me remember. Its bugging me now.
Anyway that person may have thought that it was a situation like that. That crossed my mind when I first heard about Johns death. This cant be real, its a joke or something.

Default Hmmm Tupac...........

Remember Tupac? People say that he is just hiding underground and that he faked his own death. Maybe John did the same thing? It is a possibility. But, some people SWEAR TO GOSH that Tupac is dead.

No way would John do that to his family and friends or fans for that matter. What a thing to say. I would have more dignity than that. He's a stand up guy and would have no reason to do such a thing.

Unlike Elvis, John could have given up acting and not have been continually hounded like Elvis, thats why that story persists. Give me a break, the man is dead, except in his fans hearts. Anyone who posts that garbage is trying to get attention.
