Default Facial hair

I am a person who grows facial hair at a fast pace. For months I have sported a goatee and mutton chops. Last night I decided to do away with them and I noticed several things: 1. I look a heck of a lot different, 2. I look much younger, 3. I slept better. I think I'll keep it this way for a while. Does anyone else here wear of used to wear facial hair? I'll probably post a pic of my new look sometime later.

Wow, I thought I was the only one. To help slow down the appearance of hair, use moisturizer.. itll make the hair look visibly thinner.

I have some facial hair also and I try to shave it as much as possible because it itches like crazy when there's a lot of it.

I have a goatee/beard... since oh, 5 years ago...once a year I shave it off, then grow it right back to let the face breath...

i try to keep clean-shaven, but im too lazy, and its not like they care where I work - I just hide under my desk when anyone comes near the cube anyways...

but my beard grows goofy-fast; if i dont shave for 5-6 days its a beard, and I gotta get out "the wacker"...

I have NEVER shaved my upper lip, always kept the mustache neatly trimmed though.

When the pandemic hit I kinda let the mustache take over more real estate on the face, and now have a "Paul Sr" thing going on. Half way back to the throat, in fact. Snow white.

Odd thing I've noticed, you know out in public there are folks who always try to crowd in front of you at checkout lanes in stores.......well now with the Paul Sr, people don't do that any more.

I guess they figure "this guy must be crazy" and they just give me my space.
