The character. Because she has psychic visions whenever and they stop her in whatever she's doing. She says that she can't turn them off and on, and she is not aware of anything besides the vision when she has it. So what if she were driving? The vision would come, and she would get into an accident, get killed, seriously hurt, or do this to someone else. Unsafe driver.

Yo, Raven's Boyfriend, I think Janice is sayin that if Raven drives on That's So Raven, that kind of stuff could happen.

I did mean Raven on the show, but I should have said Raven Baxter. I did put the words "The character", though, Raven's Boyfriend. I wrote that on purpose, so that people wouldn't get confused, but a person did.

I agree Raven- the character- shouldn't be driving. She could get a vision while she's driving and get her self in an accident.
