i missed the last episodes with ralphie did he set the stables on fire and how did tony kill him or have him killed

As I recall, he set the stables on fire for insurance, and a horse was burned to death that was kind of like a pet to Tony. When Tony heard this, he more or less tore Ralphie apart on the spot with his bare hands.

Tony really had no proof that Ralphie killed Pie O'My. He really had no reason to kill Ralphie, other than paranoia. The killing made for an exciting episode, but Tony was without justification.
